Month of April –

   As we head into the month of April it is hard to imagine that we are down to the last two months of the school year. I am not sure where the month of March went to but it seemed very short this year.  

  The month of April is packed full of activities and our concert season begins at the end of the month and then runs into May.   We also have many athletic teams playing a bulk of their contests in the month of April.  We also begin taking class field trips this month.   All in all – it is a busy month. 

I always brag about this school district and this community.  It is my home town and although I have had several opportunities to leave in the past for jobs in bigger districts – I have always decided that Conway Springs is the place for me.   This past month – this district and community proved once again why this is a great place to work and live.   I lost my dad this past month and the outpouring of messages, cards, conversations, etc. just once again reinforces the great things I say about this place.   I want to thank everyone who took the time to support me through this difficult time.  Again – this is a GREAT place!!!!  Thank you.

 As always - I truly appreciate the support that this community shows for our students and our school.  Conway Springs is a great place to raise children!!
